On March 4, the XIII Annual CFO Summit took place in Almaty. The event brings together top executives, regulators, and industry experts to discuss key issues in the economy, risk management, and the transformation of finance in business.

As part of the forum’s business program, leaders of the financial sector were recognized. The «The Best CFO» award, initiated by the Kazakhstan Growth Forum, was presented to Madina Nurpeisova, CFO of the fintech company Buhta.

The award is presented to CFOs who demonstrate adaptability to changing market conditions and implement innovative approaches to management. Today, their role goes far beyond traditional accounting — it includes contributing to company strategy and driving the automation of internal processes.
