Sign up on our website and go to the Help section. Click “Create a new ticket,” describe your task, and click Submit. You’ll then get a reply in the ticket explaining how we can help, along with your manager’s contact details. You can also register a cash register yourself if you don’t need automatic integration and want to issue receipts manually: go to the Kassa section, click “Register a cash register,” and follow the instructions. To use the cash register, you need to pay for it and for the services of the fiscal data operator (OFD) you choose. Otherwise the register can’t operate normally. Once Buhta and OFD services are paid, receipt creation becomes available. Create a receipt for every sale, following the instructions in your account.

You’ll have access to all sales data, Z and X reports, and refund data. You can review all data for any period yourself. Data is stored for 5 years.

If an error occurs, contact us so we can identify the cause and fix it.

In that case, our system waits until the OFD is available again, processes the receipt properly, and sends it to the customer.
